Campbell is a slender, but quick guard. He keeps his head up and is always scanning the floor for open teammates. He has a smooth release and good rotation on his shot. Campbell did a good job of orchestrating his team from the guard position

Tre plays point and is lightening fast.  He can knock down the spot up 3 and blow past defenders easily.  Needs to improve on his defensive toughness.  He is the only PG on the Team Takeover Caron Butler 16u team, which is #1 in the Nation per FiveStar Rankings.

Cashmere Wright, Part II?

Tre Campbell (Washington, D.C./St. John’s) is a wispy, long-armed junior point guard. With loads of A-10 and CAA programs, including VCU head coach Shaka Smart in the stands watching, you got a glimpse of why he’s valued. Wright owns offers from the Rams, St. Joseph’s, Towson, George Washington and Kennesaw State. Campbell has a game similar to that of Cincinnati’s Cashmere Wright. He’s great going to the rim and shoots it even better when he’s on the move.
