Where would we be without wishful thinking?

South Carolina, Penn State & George Washington are in today for Rivals50 2020 BCCHS wing Elijah Wood

I love his drive and determination but I don't think he is tall enough to play at the A-10 level. I love a good David and Goliath story but a player from Shire with a history of being somewhat of a headcase is someone I would pass on. I do trust MoJo though.

Big 10 and SEC (Final 4, SEC team) schools don't seem to agree.

I'd be hesitant to underestimate undersized folks from The Shire, at least that's what Tolkien taught us.

Again Dude, there are "real" offers and there are "bs" offers. You can't tell the difference from the internet. My sources tell me don't infer too much yet on Elijah who spent the summer playing on 3-4 AAU teams and recently switched high schools. His freshmen numbers at St. Andrews (his former HS) were nothing to write home about. Also, when was the last high major recruit to come out of the MOCO publics? I'd be heavily skeptical until he shows more.

Bo, look above:

Not offers, just a reporting of observable facts.

UCONN was there too apparently

UConn was in today to see 2020 wing Elijah Wood

I was just joking. Elijah Wood is the name of the actor that played Frodo in the Lord of the Rings movies. (I thought the joke was more obvious haha). This Elijah is 6'5". Hardly undersized for his position.

Geno, I got the reference, I was riffing off of it with my own.
