Sharing this to end the week with some positive GW vibes.  I was at a college fair last night in northern NJ.  I have volunteered as an Undergraduate Admissions rep for over twenty years and it is a great way to give back to GW and to represent our Alma Mater.  Anyhow, our table was mobbed with parents and students, many had already visited GW and loved it.  I was so busy answering questions and talking to people about the university that the two hours flew by. There was another volunteer with me (a parent of a current GW stiudent) working at the table and we were both busy the whole time. And a tie-in to basketball - an alumni who is a parent of a student looking to go to GW came up to the table to say hello.  He said that he went to the NIT tourney games last year at MSG and is so proud of the Colonials. If anyone needs to feel better about GW's reputation and popularity, think about volunteering to work at a college fair!  Raise High!

Who's the best contact to talk to about volunteering at such events? Someone in alumni relations?
